Joel Ezoory

My name is Joel Ezoory and I am proud attorney and my path to the legal profession was shaped not by privilege, but by hard work, perseverance, and firsthand experience in the workforce.

Before becoming an attorney, I worked in grocery stores, summer camps and in the restaurant industry. I understand what it means to work long hours, answer to management, depend on every paycheck, and face the pressures that everyday employees encounter. These early experiences allow me to genuinely relate to clients — not just as their lawyer, but as someone who has stood in their shoes.

I understand the frustration of unfair treatment and the uncertainty that can come when your livelihood is on the line. That perspective fuels my passion for advocating for the thousands of individuals who have needed a strong voice in their corner.
